I lived for a while in portugal, actually all my childhood, this is a special cake of portugal.

Do you know the "Folar" Cake?

I love easter. And well my easter days are really good
maybe the best easter i had since years, i've made a traditional cake from my home country (portugal) called "folar". I also made a chocolate mousse with a touch of my place (orange savour, The best oranges in the world are from my place, Algarve!), and chocolate fondant (yuuumy hu?)... I live with friends in france and that day their family came to have lunch with us. So we had barbecued chicken, kebabs, sausages and lots of other things. And you? What do you eat on easter?
