Travel to Sorrento, Louisiana

The Cajun Village Fall Festival makes it’s home in Sorrento, Louisiana. This festival runs from October 29 through 30th. This festival offers a ton of family fun and great tasting Cajun food cooked and served on site. You can view the many arts and crafts. They will have a lot of beautiful pottery demonstrations, wine tastings, and antiques. There are also many specialty shops. You and your family can enjoy live Cajun music too.



This is a family fun event and it welcomes everyone with free admission. The Cajun Village is a cozy place of restored Acadian style buildings. This is where all the specialty shops are located. The Cajun Village lies in Plantation Country. This place rests between Baton Rouge and New Orleans. The Cajun Village is just south on Highway 22.

Cajun cuisine can only be found in Louisiana and it is so unique that people travel for miles and miles to taste the flavor of southern Louisiana Cajun cuisine.
