Going from and to the airport, especially international travel is not as simple as riding a yellow cab taxi and asking the driver to drop you in Manhattan Park. For first timers, air travel presents a challenge, a confusion and anxiety. Since airports – both domestic and international have complicated procedures of processing passengers.

Tips to make your air travel hassle free and memorable

Worst of all, if the passenger is offloaded from Boeing 737 departure or intimidating TSA security checks. But generally, air travel is fun – flying will show you the splendor of cotton like clouds, and renting a limousine to fetch you from arrival to departure using limousine services such as the limo Lawrenceville in nj or car services in Plainsboro nj, if you happen to live in New Jersey and prepared enough for departure. The following tips will give you an idea how to prepare and what to do inside the airport – arrival and departure.

1. Ready your travel documents

• If you go for international travel such as from New York city La Guardia airport to Barajas International airport in Madrid, Spain (MAD) or to Hamad International airport in Qatar (DOH), make sure you have the necessary travel documents in your hand. This may be simple, but ensuring you have these documents, save time and effort in the last minute you need to present them. The lists include – Passport, air ticket or air ticket stub, some travel agency or your sponsor letter.

2. Research Country culture, laws, map

• Research your destination country. Have time to know about the country, culture, laws, customs and airport rules. Otherwise, you will feel like being an alien or we an idiot in a foreign country not knowing its customs and laws.

3. Divide your precious treasure – hand carry and main luggage

• Divide your luggage into two – hand carry and main luggage. You can choose a back pack or suitcase for your hand carry, it should contain your valuable gizmos such as laptop, Smartphone, map, and of course travel documents. Your main luggage will carry the bulk of your things – clothes, underwear, books and hygiene kit and more of the said items when you intend to stay longer in other country.

4. Book in advance

• Book the airline in advance. Airlines if not, have this online reservation booking. From their websites, you can choose the set, whether beside the window or near the exit door. Since, airlines accept printed paper as ticket, you can present them as valid air tickets.

5. Choose the best limousine or car service in advance

• Select a reliable limousine or car service in advance that is prompt and will not rip you off your hard earned dollars. In New Jersey, you can research airport car services west in Windsor and airport limo Princeton in NJ. Book advance since to save time and take advantage of discounts or lower prices, if there is any.

6. Know the airport rules and list of allowed and not allowed objects

• For departure, you will submit to security checks such as metal detector gates, Travel and Security Administration backscatter x-rays. In x-ray conveyor scanner you’ll have to place your shoes, pocket contents and your luggage for scanning.

7. Do shall know the allowed weight limit of your luggage

• Proceed to boarding pass and submit half of your air-ticket stub and main luggage. For weights, airlines prescribe 7 kilo for hand carry and 38 kilos for main luggage. An airline ground crew representative will weigh them if they pass or not.

8. Be ready before and after the immigration control

• Go to passport control and present your passport to immigration officers. They may ask questions about your purpose of travel or your sponsorship details.

9. Proceed to boarding gate and be posted in your set 30 minutes before departure.

• Minimum check ins can be 60 minutes before international flight and 40 minutes for domestic flights. Find the boarding gate of your country destination, usually its printed in your ticket stub and its written in alpha-numeric characters. You can also refer to airport flight schedule screens shown in flat screens. Enjoy your minute stay and if you have enough time, you can shop for clothes, wines, chocolate bars and electronic goods at duty free shops.

Make your Air travelling anxiety free, exciting and fun, knowing that once again you will enjoy exotic places or places you has never been before. For the next, 8 to 14 hours or more, from your usual loft office or residence in Newark, New Jersey, you’ll be strolling the garden of Les Invalides, Paris and arriving back again in Newark Liberty International airport (EWR) and enjoy going back to your home riding a sedan from limo services lawrenceville in nj

Gto add ood tips for first timers, but I´d like to add up that Airports were less messy and with less shops, because what matters when one steps inside is being able to find what one needs fast and easy -info desks, check-in counters, etc., etc. that for me would be a perfect airport.
