The city of Naples Italy is a very populated city with many wonders and ancient buildings to historical sites all over the city. Naples is a wonderful city with friendly local people and many tourist attractions that keeps on bringing more people with its lovely charm.

Flag of Naples

The flag of Naples has two bright colors on each side, golden yellow, and red, in the past Naples had changed many flags because it was the Kingdom of Naples. In the old days when Naples was united with the kingdom of Sicily it was then when the city of Naples wanted freedom to be a free city. Today the flag still sits in the city with its old one on the cities palace. Because of its beautiful colors it attracts many tourists from all around the globe.

The royal palace of Naples

The royal palace was ruled by the bourbon kings during the kingdom of two Sicily's. The original structure was built in the 17th century by Domenico Fontana. Today the royal palace still sits in the same position and structure like the old days, and it attracts many people and when you tour the inside every room every hall tells a magnificent story of the past and it makes it more alluring when you walk into the throne room, it is a wonderful building with a lot of history and charms everyone that goes inside loose their senses from the beauty and structure of the palace.

The piazza del plebiscito

The piazza del plebiscito is one of the largest squares in the city of Naples. It's name was taken from the October 2 1863 plebiscite that brought the city of Naples in the Kingdom of Italy. Today the square fills up with tourists from all over Europe that come to enjoy a nice walk around the piazza and listen to the magnificent history of how it got the name ''plebiscito''. It is a great site for families and friends to enjoy their vocation to Naples.

Teatro di san carlo

The Teatro di Carlo was built in the 17th century by the Bourbon king Charles VII of Naples. The theatre is built adjacent to the piazza del plebiscito because both of the piazza and the theatre are built the same century from the bourbon kings of Naples. Today the theatre is filled with many people that admire the structure and the artistic view of the building, the costumes that were used back in the 17th century were lavish and full of color the mens and women's costumes were sowed with beautiful colors and a lot of jewelry that went with it. The theatre not only has a magnificent history , but it still stands with its lavish structures and allures its tourists when they visit Naples.
