The article speaks about the beautiful airline journey in Spice Jet flight from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Airport in Kolkata to Kamraj Airport in Chennai. The journey is for 2 hours 15 minutes and is very enjoyable.

Netaji Airport.

Both the domestic and the international airport at the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Airport in Kolkata are marvellous. The facilities are excellent.

The external appearance of the Dumdum Airport or Netaji Airport is marvellous. A lot of artistic work had been put in.

Waiting lounge.

The waiting lounge in the domestic terminal of Netaji Subhash Airport is awesome. The chairs are comfortable and visitors can wait for long time.

The international terminal was different previously. In the last 3 years terminal 3 had been created in a new way and with renovation.

2 hours.

Travellers are expected to arrive 2 hours early in respect of domestic flights and 3 hours early in respect of international flights to the airport. So they have to wait in the waiting lounges.

Brownfield project.

The Netaji Airport had been built by Brownfield project. The facilities of the existing airport was used to rebuild the airport.

Security check.

The security check system in both the domestic and the International Airport in Kolkata is very serious. Visitors are expected to keep their laptop computers in separate baskets.

X Ray check.

All the cargo luggages are supposed to pass the X Ray machine for the X Ray check at the Netaji Airport in Kolkata.

The food lounges in Kolkata airport are very good. There are lounges for snacks and also lounges for lunch and dinner.

The air-bridge in Kolkata airport is also brilliant. Passengers can travel from the gates to the air-bridge and directly into the flight.

Spice Jet flight.

The Spice Jet flight from Kolkata to Chennai travels at 4.15 pm in the afternoon and reaches the passengers by 7 pm in Chennai.

The food in Spice Jet flight is not complimentary. The items provided in the evening hours include chicken tikka, harabhara roll and vegetable puff.

Spice Jet.

The seats in the Spice Jet flight are grey in colour and there are mechanisms for push-back in cases travellers want to sleep.

No TVs.

Unlike the Air India flights the Spice Jet Airlines do not provide any TVs within the flight. The passengers can read books.

External appearance.

Spice jet flight has red appearance from outside. It looks beautiful. There is a design at the tail of the fight.

The scenery in the Spice Jet flight is just awesome. The clouds during sunset create a beautiful background which can be seen from the windows.
