Mitali Sangha Durga Puja is a very sacred Durga Puja. In North Kolkata it is very famous and is visited by many devotees.

The theme of the durgapuja in 2015 had been to protect mother earth by planting trees and maintaining green world.

The idol of Goddess Durga sitting on her vahana had been unique in Mitali Sangha and it had been very well made.

The idol of Goddess Lakshmi sitting on her vahana, which is an owl, had been unique in Mitali Sangha and it had been very well made.

The idol of Goddess Saraswati sitting on her vahana, which is a swan, had been unique in Mitali Sangha and it had been very well made.

Other Gods.

As far as the other gods are concerned, including Lord Ganesha and Lord Kartika had been very projected in the pandal.

The ambience of the puja had been very good with the message of planting trees everywhere and having a green background.
