London it's one of the most beutiful cities in the world, at least to me! Find the reason to visit the royal city!

Let’s go to London?

London is one of the most beautiful and charming cities I've visited! Designated as a cosmopolitan city, bustling, modern, romantic, historical, cultural and vibrant! And really, is all that and more!
One of the places you can not miss is the Tower of London. It is situated on the banks of the Thames, in the region of an old Roman fort, the Tower of London was built by the Norman conquerors. In the reign of Henry VIII, the towers were turned into prison and currently, the tower guards the wonderful jewels of the British Crown, which can be admired by all! Unmissable! Open Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 4.30pm, Sunday and Monday from 10am to 4:30 pm.
Other of the sites that you must visit is the Tower Bridge with about 800 years, the Tower Bridge is the most famous bridge in the world! Built on the Thames in 1894, has a spectacular view of the city and is very interesting climb the towers, cross the bridge and visit the room Victorian machines, where the machines are the original steam engines that drive the tilting arms of the bridge, opening about 1000 times during the year to passages of large ships. It has three halls which hosts events and weddings. If you do not pass the Tower Bridge, you did not go through London. Tickets: adults £ 6.00, children 5-15 £ 3.00 students and over 60 years £ 4.50. Free Kids. Hours: April 1 to September 3 from 10am to 6:30 pm and from 1 October to 31 March from 9.30 am to 6pm.
If you do not have hours just looks at him: Big Ben! It is one of the postcards, symbol of London punctuality. The Big Ben clock tower was built in 1858 after fire destroyed the Palace of Westminster. Celebrated 150 years on 11/7/2009.
I think just seeing the Big Ben you believe is in London! The set is very cute and lives full of people around, with much traffic and be careful crossing the streets.

Leaving the West End, towards Whitehall and Westminster, is the the Parliament building and Big Ben, one of the most beautiful architectural ensembles of the city, especially at night! The Parliament building is home to the House of Lords and the House of Commons, is the Legislature of Great -Bretanha.

Buckingham Palace is the official residence of the Royal Family since 1837.Imponente and majestic, it is possible to visit some wings of the palace, where they are used for official receptions and events.

Everyone wants to see the changing of the guard! If you went to London and saw ... then you have not been to London! Trafalgar Square for The Mall, the long-awaited return happens right in front of Buckingham Palace, residence of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The changing of the guard takes place daily during the summer, at 11.30am, except on rainy days.

The Cathedral of St Paul's is one of the postcards of London, is beautiful and much more than its facade by Sir Christopher Wren in 1673 Its interior with mosaics of stone sculptures, are just a few reasons why a visit to St Paul's is mandatory! Do not miss the multimedia experience with real size projections in telling his story, the scene of major events, including the wedding of Charles and Diana. Hours: Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 4:15 pm, but not allowed to photograph or film.

Prepare for the photos: this is the largest Ferris wheel in the world !! London Eye was renamed Enegy EDF London Eye.'s Also the 4th largest building in London, with 135 meters height! Not scary because it will slowly ... With design and work of Marks Barfield Architect are 32 glass cabins with spectacular views, reaching a clear day up to 40 Km. Fun for kids and ultra romantic! You can also book with flowers to celebrate a special date, who knows a marriage ... Choose a beautiful day and let's go! From April to October from 9am to 8 pm and from November to March 10am to 4pm. Must!

In the center of the West End is London's most famous square, which was once a royal stable, has a huge source, it is an important point for Londoners, venue for public celebrations, shows, concerts, with the statue of Lord Nelson , in 1805 when he defeated Napoleon's fleet. There has been a vision of many sights.
The London parks are an awesome, little green, manicured oasis in the city, good for sightseeing, picnics or reading a good book.Strolling in Hyde Park! Imagine making a pic-nic with delights you buy at Harrod's! In Speak Corner, mainly on Sundays longlines are armed for those who want to drop the verb, be heard and protest.
As the song says, It's a beautiful world!

A well scripted piece that the Tourism Dept can use for one of its brochures. However, permit me to say London is one of the good places to visit. As one who travelled to the four corners of the world I think there are many beautiful cities apart from London. Of course it has a great history behind it.

Inez, I go to Wikimedia commons and that is a public domain. Sometimes they will say to put the author's name with the picture and all you will have to do is put it in the little box that pops up. First find the picture and then save it to your computer and then go to your article. You will see a box that says images. Click on that and the pictures you have saved on your computer will show up. Pick one and post it. At first I didn't know how to do it either but once I started doing it, it was easy. The hardest part is figuring out what picture you want to go with your article. That does take some time.
