If you are looking for a place to stay while you visit the Menomonee Valley, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin there is a couple of hotels in the valley for you and family to checkout while you are here.

Potawatomi Hotel & Casino

The Forest County Potawatomi Hotel & Casino has expanded their casino in Milwaukee to include a brand new hotel.

The new hotel which consists of 19 stories and has 381 rooms. Some of the hotel's other features which include a lobby bar, Stone Creek Coffee shop and also has 12,000 square feet of meeting rooms that is aimed mainly at business groups and associations.

The hotel is attached to the casino for people who also enjoys playing at the casino. The hotel which is also located near some of the area's great entertainment and attraction, not only in the Menomonee Valley but also in the downtown area.

If you look out the window of your hotel room you will find an excellent view of the city and of the valley. The higher you are in the hotel the better view you will get.

All of the rooms in the hotel is equipped with a flat-screen TV, safe, refrigerator, coffeemaker and smart thermostat to help ensure that your stay is enjoyable. The hotel staff is available 24 hours, seven days a week, to accommodate your needs and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Iron Horse Hotel

The building which houses The Iron Horse Hotel was once a warehouse that was built there over a 100 years ago. The current owners, which is led by Tim Dixon of Dixon Development LLC had purchashed the building in 2005. The name The Iron Horse reflects the duality of the duality of the duality location of the building's unique location. The Native Americans refered to the train as the "iron horse" as it went speeding through the prairies.

The hotel has 100 loft style guest rooms. Every room at The Iron Horse Hotel is very oversized by industry standards. The well appointed rooms, which range from smart urban studios to elaborate corner accomodations, featuring a mix of modern decor and the original artitectural details, wood posts, exposed brick and huge windows.

Here are some of the things that guests can expect when they stay at the hotel, luxurious pillow top King or double Queen beds, large windows, exposed brick walls and wood timbers, custom contemporary furishings with fine wood, rich upholstery and luxury bed linens. comfy lounge seating and in-room dining table, a functioning desk with high speed internet and universal connectivity panel. It also has an ample storage space and bar with full size beverage center. Finally, it has a large and well lit bathroom with full tile walk-in shower and a huge rain dome showerhead.

During your stay at the hotel you can also try the Smyth Restaurant. They use a crafted menu of great soulful dishes and seasonal ingredients delivering great food in an iconic setting. You can also enjoy soups, salads, appetizers and entrees as well as plates that are meant for sharing.

Also during your stay and you want to relax and socialize with people try the Branded. The place is a classic Milwaukee bar. It offers a vintage look with a modern décor that matches the cocktail list, with specialties ranging from old-fashioned high balls to brave new concoctions that is created by Branded’s resident mixologists.

The hotel is within minutes south of downtown and near some of the other destinations like Miller Park, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, Mitchell Park Domes and others places.
