This articles describes my impression of historical Bath.

There are many historical sites worth visiting in the United Kingdom (UK) yet there is little doubt in my mind that Bath was the most interesting of all. I had been keen to visit Bath seen I had read, and seen images of it on television as it had spaked a desire to see it for myself.

When I saw the Roman bath house I knew I had made the right decision to visit it. It was so real that it was easy to imagine people through the ages bathing there for any number of reasons. The remains were intact to the extent that I was tempted to jump in and enjoy the water. The general surrounds of the baths were authentic as though time had permanently stopped in that house.

While the baths were exciting, the building proved to be a great place to explore. There were any number of paths which tourists could choose to follow. It seems impossible yet there are many things people from all over the world can discover for themselves. I remembered thinking that Jane Austin's desciption of Bath was fairly accurate, although I can honestly say that even she didn't do it justice.

In conclusion I would highly recommend a visit to Bath, particularly for those people who like to explore and are interested in historical sites.
