My beautiful caravan is situated in Minehead Somerset. There are so many places to visit, the caravan is an ideal base. There are so many things to do on site at Butlins too. I have listed some places and things to do below. My web site is included with all details to contact as well as dates, prices and more photos.

Caravan for HIRE

This beautiful 3 bedroomed Abi Polaris caravan which was just bought in July 2010, will sleep up to 8 people.
It comes with full gas central heating and double glazed windows with gas fire also in lounge. The whole caravan is well equipped, just towels, sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers to bring.
Has the advantage of 2 toilets, one in shower room and a separate one with sink. It has new flat screen TV with built in DVD.
There are 2 rooms with twin beds and main bedroom has double bed. There is also a double bed that pulls out in lounge if needed.
The season starts on March 1st and ends on January 2nd. Generally all passes included in price, with occasional events that Butlins ask for tickets to be bought- this will be shown on my website.
Dates and prices as well as other photos can also be seen here.

On site

If you stay on site at Butlins Minehead, there's so much to do, it's tempting to stay where you are. The use of the swimming pool which includes flumes, raft ride, space bowl, rapids, wave machine and spa pools are included in the price.

Climbing wall

If you want adventure, try this climbing wall and high assault course ending with a rip wire. That should keep your adrenaline flowing.
There is a charge for this.

Coarse fishing

This lake is free for my guests to use- bring your own nets and rods! What's more, it's just a stone's throw from the caravan, a lovely view when having breakfast or barbeques on the lovely large patio.

Adventure playground

Free for all kids. Plenty for them to do, including this fort and for younger ones there's Bob the Builders yard.

Entertainment/shows are also included in the price and run throughout the day and evenings.
There are some weekends that are for ADULTS ONLY- see website.

Fun Fair

Providing the weather is ok, you'll have a wonderful exciting time with all the fun at the fair. Many stomach churning rides as well as dodgems and stalls.

Inside view

This was taken in the lounge looking towards dining area, kitchen and corridor to bedrooms, shower room and toliet.

Steam Railway

The railway is within walking distance of the site- 15 minutes maybe. The link will be able to tell you times dates and prices of all events.

Minehead harbour

When the tide is in, this harbour can look very beautiful. It's worth a walk to, even to get your cream tea with scone or a beer at the end of the harbour.

The beach use to be pebbles but now has lovely soft sand and is literally outside Butlin's complex.
More details of all other places and activites can be found on this link too.

Blenheim gardens

These gardens are also within about 15 minute walking distance. They are well tended and often have bands playing on the small stage within these gardens. A little coffee shop and small childrens play area also here.
Great to pop in after a stroll up the HIgh street.

So much more

I could go on and on.

Dunster is one of my favourite, most local spots from the caravan. It has a castle, pretty cobbled streets, plenty of history and shops.
There are so many other interesting places to visit around where my caravan is situated, you'll probably not have time to do it all. So feel free to book it more than once.
Look forward to hearing from you- details on my website.
