Siddheswar temple.

The Siddheswar temple of Mahadeva in Safed Akhara in Barmer is a beautiful temple which is very well maintained.

Yellow walls.

The yellow walls of the temple show the religious bent of mind and also the architectural beauty of the Sidheswara temple.

Distance.

Barmer is around 230 kilometers away from Jodhpur. By car a traveller can go from Jodhpur to Barmer. It is will roughly 4 hours to reach the place and the temple.

Tea Stall.

Visitors who come from Jodhpur to Barmer, take a break in between and have tea, snacks as the journey takes 4 hours time.

Time.

The best time to visit Barmer is January and February. It is cold during the morning with temperature 6 degree centigrade but the afternoons are pleasant with 21 degree centigrade.

Idol.

The white idol of Mahadeva or Shiva in the temple is beautiful. Visitors offer puja to the God. It is evident that Ganges is seen coming out from the jata of Lord Shiva.

Other idols.

There were other idols in the same temple in addition to the great Mahadeva idol. Some of them included the idol of Chamunda Mata, Santoshi Mata.

Floor.

The floor and basement of the temple is made of white marble and the walls are made of colourful stones giving a beautiful image.

External appearance

The Siddheswar temple has a beautiful appearance because the colour of the stones of the temple is bright and the architecture is beautiful.

Hanuman Temple.

There is a beautiful Hanuman temple in the complex of Safed Akhara. The idol of hanumanji is beautiful and devotees offer puja to the God.

Visitors should visit the temple.

Visitors if they travel to Barmer should always visit the Sidheswar temple in Safed Akhara at Barmer, for the excellent construction and heavenly ambience.

Lovely visits.As per vastu remedies,marble tiles is most recommended for temples and prayer rooms.Like crystals these stones emits good vibrations.Thanks for the share.
