Paro's Airport is beautiful.
Paro's international airport is really beautiful. The location of the airport aside the hills of Bhutan in Asia makes the airport look beautiful.
Location.
Paro Airport is situated on the valleys of the Himalayas. Around the airports there are hills. The aerodrome is at a base height.
The only Airport of Bhutan.
Due to the existence of the Himalayas in Bhutan, Paro has the only airport which helps people of Bhutan to travel from the country to most of the other countries.
Druk Airways.
The most popular flight which connects Bhutan with Kolkata in India is the Druk Airways. People from India travel to Bhutan by boarding in Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata and travel to Paro Airport in Bhutan.
Runway.
The runway in Paro Airport is very long. But generally not many flights are parked in the Airport. Besides, each flights separately take off from the Airport, not many flights at the same time.
Scenery.
The scenery of Paro Airport is beautiful. From the hilly roads sometimes visitors stop to see the flights in the Paro Airport.
River.
A river flows besides the Paro Airport in Bhutan. The hilly river makes the ambience even more romantic and beautiful.
Connectivity.
The different cities of Bhutan, namely Thimphu, Punakha, Phoentsholling, etc., are connected by roadways with Paro, as there is no other Airport in the hilly country.
Roads.
The roads around the Airport are all hilly roads. Sometimes during landslides they are destroyed and again they are built.
Agricultural lands.
There are excellent agricultural lands around the Airport. The cultivation of crops creates a beautiful picture.
Rice fields.
There are beautiful rice fields across the Airport. The Paro valley is famous for red rice which is grown in adjacent lands.
Irrigation.
Irrigation activities adjacent to the airport shows the fact the agriculture forms one of the major activities of Bhutanese people.
Travellers should visit the Airport.
Travellers who come to visit Bhutan, should visit the Paro Airport to see the beautiful ambience and also the scenary.

Thanks for the question. The experience was very nice. Excepting the fact that in Bhutan all the big cities are situated on hills. So the journey on roadways become very hectic.
