A Letter for Adam and Eve

A boy and a girl couldn't be friends forever. It may start from friendship but two things will definitely happen between their so-called relationship. It is either to end their friendship for a flourishing intimate one's or end up breaking and hating each other.
The Opposite Poles
She never meant to meet him. He never expected to be acquainted with her. Each has two worlds apart from each other. But when a certain circumstance happened, it seemed like two opposite poles were connected with great effort against all force fields.
They defied the rule of science and continued with their erroneous friendship. But no matter how ironic these two souls maybe they have one promise with each other - to preserve friendship!
He is "Adam"
She described him as "Adam".
One night when they sat beside each other in a highland overlooking the city lights with cool and sweet breeze, he held her beside him wrapping while his strong arm around her shoulders. He then tightly grip her close as if she is his precious possession.
Although his arrogance shows a little bit off hand, he has the sense of kindness of his actions. He is unpredictable yet with the gestures he has shows toward her, he becomes exciting. He makes her laugh and makes her forget her problem and stress. He is just the right man to be with.
She is "Eve"
He whispered to her, "Eve!"
She then looked at him and smirked. His playful and child-like nature even though sometimes he is difficult to understand, made her wonder the kind of personality he has. She became fond of him because he makes every moment with her something amusing. She couldn't imagine that barely a few months ago, she had met this man with an intense air of superiority and later, to be her friend. A lot of people wondered how they managed to be together and lest, agree with each other.
The Law of Attraction between them immediately applies:
"Likes repel, Opposites attract!"
Thus, combining their strengths together.
Exceptions and All
These two friends treasure each other forever. They are exempted by the stereotypes of "boy-girl" relationship possibility. They are attracted with each other but not because they aim for a couple relationship but rather, a never-ending friendship.
Now the time has come that Eve's "Adam" needs to go. She will forever remember him as someone who has a great strength of personality while Adam's "Eve" will forever be reminisced as his naive and kind-hearted lady.
A relationship in whichever kind must be nurtured and nourished forever. It may not be measured in years and distances but it is definitely measured by strengths and bonds. The attraction between relationships may get weaker with age and space but if the magnetic field is stronger, it can survive with time.

Haha! Thank you, Shamel! You know I should give credits to you because you suggested the title! Thank you for being my best guy friend...well, I know we don't always agree with each other while you were here in the Philippines but i felt honored and happy to share your Filipino life with us...with me...
