A Balikbayan Friend's Meet-Up Treat @Market Market, Serendra & Bonifacio High Street

After 23 years. Balikbayan friend Luisa, who lives in the USA, invited me for a meet-up on her vacation in the Philippines. The fountain at Market Market was our meet-up point. We decided to eat-up @ Conti's and Starbucks at Serendra & Bonifacio High Street, respectively. Luisa is excitingly joyous, just seeing us all eating, walking, clicking and chatting! Her fellow balikbayan, Marife shared her happy 'adventurous' life abroad with gusto! Lani, married to a Japanese, shared her loving first encounter with her husband. Fellow facebook friends glitter with smiles all along. Little chats connect our new lives. Foods were consumed deliciously! Drinks were sipped cheerfully! Few hours of bonding time is a good memory to keep forever. 23 years seem to be just yesterday! Happiness!
